Zapier Integration

Connect Website World to hundreds of other apps with Zapier. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has one app as the **Trigger**, where your information comes from and which causes one or more **Actions** in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically. 

Prerequisites

Zapier Account
You will need to sign up for a Zapier account if you do not have one. Sign up for Zapier here.

Website World Private App Link

Authentication
You will need your Site apiID and apiKey to authenticate the Zap.
You can get the authentication details in the CMS from E-Commerce -> API -> JSON Config -> Authentication Details.

Creating the ZAP

Choose App & Event
In the App choose Website World (Link to the App to be shared on request. Please contact support@website.world to request the link)

Trigger Event

Triggers are used to find new data as soon as it’s available in your Website World account.

1. Member. Triggered when a new member is created or updated.
2. Product. Triggered when a new product is created or updated.
3. Order. Triggered when a new order is processed.
4. Enquiry/Form post. Triggered when a new message is posted on your enquiry or form. 
5. Booking. Triggered when a new booking has been placed on your site.
6. Event attendee. Triggered when a new event attendee has registered on your site.

Test Trigger

You should be able to view the Request found and all the fields fetched.
Click + icon to now use the request data in other applications. 

Actions

Using Actions you can create new data in your CMS backend based on any triggers.
Example: When a new row is inserted in a google sheet document use our Action to create new data in our system with those details. 

We have 3 Actions configured:

1. Create a New Member Action

Use this action to create a new member in your website world backend. Email Address (Compulsory field) and Full Name are compulsory input fields. The rest of fields are optional. To create a member and add to multiple groups provide comma separated group names. Example: developer, tester.

2. Create a New Member Note

Use this action to create a Note against a member on your site. You can provide a member email address to make the note against.

3. Create a New Message

Messages are also known as enquiries, form posts, survey results etcUse this action to create a new Message on your site. You can provide a from email address and name to show who has posted the message. 

Authenticating your Website World Account

Use the authentication details apiID and apiKey credentials provided from Website World CMS to create the account.
